BonRoll Vegetable Delight
BonRoll Vegetable Delight with carrots and dwarf beans is the new appetizing poultry meat roast recipe.
Easy to prepare, it is perfect even when cut into slices and cooked in a pan. Select chicken and turkey meat reveal the surprise of a tender filling made of vegetables and tasty mortadella dotted with tiny pieces of cheese.
IN THE OVEN: 70 minutes
Pour a little olive oil in an oven dish together with ½ glass of water or white wine; add the BonRoll and cook in an oven preheated to 180°C for 70 minutes, covering the dish for the first 50 minutes.
IN A SAUCEPAN: 90 minutes
Heat a little oil or butter together with a glass of water or white wine in a saucepan; add the BonRoll and cook it on a low heat for 90 minutes.
SLICED IN A FRYING PAN: to reduce cooking time
Cut the BonRoll into slices about 2 cm thick. Gently fry them for 1 minute in a non-stick frying pan with a little butter. Add ½ glass of white wine and cook for a further 15 minutes on a low heat, covering the pan with a lid and turning them over frequently.
