Pizzaiola BonRoll
A poultry meat roast stuffed with tomato, mozzarella and basil.
The incomparable flavour of pizzaiola sauce. A most delicious recipe of traditional cuisine that is sure to amaze your friends and tempt the palate of everyone in the family.
IN THE OVEN: 70 minutes
Pour a little oil and ½ glass of water or white wine into an oven dish; place the BonRoll in the dish and cook it in an oven preheated to 180°C for 70 minutes, keeping it covered for the first 50 minutes.
IN A SAUCEPAN: 90 minutes
Heat a little oil or butter together with a glass of water or white wine in a saucepan; add the BonRoll and cook it on a low heat for 90 minutes.
SLICED IN A FRYING PAN: to reduce cooking time
Cut the BonRoll into slices about 2 cm thick. Gently fry them for 1 minute in a non-stick frying pan with a little butter.
Add ½ glass of white wine and cook for a further 15 minutes on a low heat, covering the pan with a lid and turning them over frequently.
