BROWNED IN THE MICROWAVE: 3 minutes
Place the Durangos in an microwaveable dish. Microwave at 650 W for 3 minutes.

OVEN-CRISPED: 15 minutes
Pre-heat the convection oven to 220° and arrange the Durangos in a baking dish; do not season. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Two tasty alternative recipes:

DURANGO WINGS WITH CHIMICHURRI
For 4 people:

- One package of Durangos,
- 3 potatoes,
- 1 red bell pepper,
- 1 green bell pepper,
- 2 garlic cloves,
- Parsley,
- Chili flakes,
- Vinegar,
- Oil,
- Salt and pepper.

Cut the bell peppers into a fine dice; chop the parsley and garlic, then blend everything with the vinegar, oil and chili flakes. Let sit for half an hour. Meanwhile peel the potatoes, cut them into rounds and blanch in salted water. Cook the Durangos as directed on the package and serve with the potatoes dressed with the chimichurri sauce.

DURANGO WINGS WITH RISOTTO
For 4 people:

- One package of Durangos,
- 300 g rice,
- 600 g vegetable bouillon,
- ½ green bell pepper,
- ½ red bell pepper,
- 1 tablespoonful of curry,
- Butter.

Finely dice the vegetables and brown briefly in a little butter. Add the rice and two ladlesful of broth, stir well and cook for 20 minutes, adding more broth as it evaporates. Just before cooking is finished, season with the curry; cook the Durangos according to the instructions on the package and serve with the rice.
