Medium - Chicken Fillet Nuggets

Tender bites of nugget-shaped chicken breast made crunchy with a fine breading.

A perfect dish to add a festive touch to a family meal or as a snack with some friends. Comes in the convenient Family size.

Cook AIA Chicken Nagghy

BROWNED IN A FRYING PAN: 6 minutes
To serve the Nagghy hot and golden-brown, add a drizzle of oil or dab of butter in a non-stick pan and cook them for 6 minutes, turning them over several times.

OVEN-CRISPED: 8 minutes
Pre-heat the convection oven to 220° and arrange the Nagghy in a baking dish; do not season. Place the dish in the pre-heated oven for 8 minutes.

FLAVOUR FANTASY NAGGHY
For 2 people:

- One package of Nagghy,
- 1 cucumber,
- Pickled baby onions,
- Pitted olives,
- 10 g Swiss cheese,
- A few oil-packed artichokes,
- Mustard,
- Mayonnaise,
- Ketchup.

Peel the cucumber and slice it thin, then cut the cheese into small cubes. Cook the Nagghy separately as directed on the package and let them cool off slightly; divide into three groups and spread some sauce over each one.  Place a cucumber slice, half an artichoke, a cube of cheese, etc., on each one. Place the nuggets on a platter or serving dish and garnish with a few salad leaves and parsley.
