Thin slices of turkey breast. Very tender and super-fast cooking.

IN A FRYING PAN: to serve the AIA Sliced Turkey Breast golden brown and piping hot, place them with a drizzle of oil or nub of better in a non-stick pan and brown for 2 minutes, turning occasionally. You can also flour them like scaloppine, bread them like cutlets or rolled up as roulades.
