Small Chicken fillet nuggets

A perfect dish to add a festive touch to a family meal or as a snack with some friends, served with a sweet-and-sour sauce or with cubed cheese and artichokes.
Cook the AIA Chicken Fillet Nuggets:
 
BROWNED IN A PAN: 6 minutes
To serve the Chicken Nuggets hot and golden-brown, add a drizzle of oil or dab of butter in a non-stick pan and cook them for 6 minutes, turning them over several times.

OVEN-CRISPED: 8 minutes
Pre-heat the convection oven to 220° and arrange the Nuggets in a baking dish; do not season. Place the dish in the pre-heated oven for 8 minutes.

FLAVOUR FANTASY NUGGETS 
For 2 people:

- One package of Chicken Fillet Nuggets
- 1 cucumber
- Pickled baby onions
- Pitted olives
- 10g Swiss cheese
- A few oil-packed artichokes
- Mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup

Peel the cucumber and slice it thin, then cut the cheese into small cubes. Cook the Nuggets separately as directed on the package and let them cool off slightly; divide into three groups and spread some sauce over each one. Place a cucumber slice, half an artichoke, a cube of cheese, etc., on each one. Place the Nuggets on a platter or serving dish and garnish with a few salad leaves and parsley.
