Drumsticks with Beans
Preparation time: 60 minutes
Serves: 4 people
In a pan brown turkey drumsticks with 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 sprig of rosemary and a clove of garlic. Add 300 g of fresh or frozen borlotti beans and 100 g of peeled tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste; continue cooking for another 45 minutes, covered.

Make a marinade of chilli flakes, rosemary, black pepper, salt, sage and the juice of a lemon. Blend in a blender, then spread the marinade over the drumsticks: arrange them in a baking dish with two cloves of garlic, a drizzle of oil and half a cup of water. Bake at 180° for about 20 minutes; to finish the cooking, raise the temperature to 200° for another 10 minutes.
