Cook the AIA Cordon Bleu Classico:
IN A FRYING PAN: 7 minutes
Place the frozen Cordon Bleu Classico in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and a nub of butter and cook for about 7 minutes, turning occasionally.
IN THE CONVECTION OVEN: 12 minutes
Place the frozen Cordon Bleu Classico in a baking dish and bake in preheated oven (250°C) for 12 minutes.
