Cook the AIA Paesana in Chicchi:
IN A PAN: 15 minutes
Cook the sausages with a drizzle of oil over medium heat for 15 minutes. Finish cooking while turning frequently.
IN THE OVEN: 15 minutes
Place the Chicchi in a baking dish with a drizzle of oil and bake at 220°C for 15 minutes,
