Pork Chop with Rosemary and Oregano
The new pork chops in the whole “American-style” cut, carefully seasoned with rosemary and oregano, provide a rich taste that will amaze you at first bite.
The use of the whole side - SPARE RIBS - not cut into individual ribs leaves the meat tender by holding in the natural juices. PRESERVATIVE-FREE
Cook the AIA Pork Chop with Rosemary and Oregano:
IN THE OVEN: 60 minutes
Place the chops in a baking dish or directly on a sheet pan with baking parchment and cook in the convection oven preheated to 160°C for 1 hour, basting it with a little wine a few times.
IN A PAN: 60 minutes
Cut into pieces of 2/3 ribs and place in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, browning over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Baste with a splash of white wine and cover. Continue cooking for 1 hour, lowering the heat and turning frequently.
ON THE BARBECUE: 60 minutes
Place the chops on the barbecue and cook for 1 hour, basting frequently with white wine using a sprayer to spritz it on.
