Cook the AIA Carne al Fuoco Pork Meatballs in a FRYING PAN with a drop of oil: Soften diced celery and carrots and a few rosemary leaves in the pan.

Then add the meatballs and cook for 4/5 minutes. Sprinkle on a little white wine, if you like, and let it cook off.

Then add the sieved tomatoes (or fresh, chopped tomatoes), cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

After 15 minutes, add a few basil leaves and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve the meatballs with the cooking juices.
