Pork Roast with Leaf Spinach
Fresh pork roast, ready to cook, with a tasty stuffing of leaf spinach, ham and cheese.
Cook the AIA Pork Roast with Leaf Spinach:
IN THE OVEN: 70 minutes
Add a drizzle of oil and half a cup of water or white wine to a baking dish; set the Pork Roast in the dish and cook in a preheated 180°C oven for 70 minutes, keeping it covered for the first 50 minutes.
IN A PAN: 15 minutes
Slice the Pork Roast into 2 cm slices. Brown for 1 minute in a non-stick pan with a little butter. Add 1/2 cup of white wine and cook for 15 minutes on low heat, covered, turning often.
