Cook the AIA Punta di Coltello Salamella:
IN A FRYING PAN: 15 minutes
Place the Punta di Coltello in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil over medium heat for 15 minutes. Finish cooking while turning frequently.
IN THE OVEN: 15 minutes
Place the Punta di Coltello in a baking dish with a drizzle of oil and bake at 220°C for 15 minutes, turning frequently.
