A mild flavour that lends itself to many family occasions or pleasant evenings in the company of friends. Bratwurst may be prepared in a frying pan in just a few minutes.

Remove Bratwurst from its packet and place it in a preheated non-stick pan. Add 2 spoonfuls of meat broth or red ale and cook for 8-10 minutes on a medium heat, turning the product over frequently.
