BONROLL CLASSIC WITH CRISPY VEGETABLES

Ingredients

  • 1 BonRoll Classic AIA meatloaf
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 2 Courgettes
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Basil, to taste

Wash and rinse vegetables, and finely cut them. Slice the BonRoll meatloaf to a thickness of about 1 cm and cook on a broiler.

In the meantime, sauté the vegetables in a frying pan with olive oil and garlic, in the following order: carrots, courgettes, peppers and basil. Serve the Bon Roll with the vegetables.
