- 1 BonRoll Classic AIA
- 1 Cucumber
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Red onion
- Fresh oregano
- Fresh basil
- Salt
- Pepper to taste
Cook the BonRoll meatloaf as indicated on the pack. In the meantime, dice the peeled cucumbers.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into four pieces and thinly slice the red onion. Mix together the oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
Serve the sliced BonRoll meatloaf with this “quasi-Greek” salad.
