- 1 BonRoll Classic AIA
- 1 Jar of sauerkraut
- 1 Teaspoon of fennel seeds
- Oil
- Salt
Cook the BonRoll meatloaf in a pressure cooker with olive oil and half a glass of water for about 20 minutes.
In the meantime, sauté the sauerkraut in a frying pan with olive oil and fennel seeds.
Serve the BonRoll whole, framed in the sauerkraut as garnish.
