BONROLL CLASSICO CHEESEBURGER
A burger that is just as tempting as any you can buy from a fast food, but this one is homemade using prime quality ingredients.

- 1 BonRoll Classic Aia
- 4 Hamburger buns with sesame
- 1 Ripe tomato
- Cut salad
- 4 Eggs
- 4 Bacon slices
- 4 Slices of emmenthal cheese
- Mayonese
- Oil
- Salt
Cut 4 slices of BonRoll meat loaf of about the thickness of a finger. Cook in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil for about two minutes per side.
In the meantime, fry 4 eggs ‘sunny side up’ and lightly fry the bacon until crisp.
Halve the buns. Remove the inside and insert the salad as base. Then add the cheese, the slice of BonRoll, a slice of tomato, the egg and the bacon. Close the bun and heat in a pan or in an oven until crisp, while slightly melting the cheese. Add sauces to taste.
