BONROLL WITH FRESH ‘PROVOLA’ CHEESE FONDUE
It doesn’t take much to enhance the goodness of BonRoll, try it with a provola cheese fondue.

- 1 BonRoll Classic
- 100 g Fresh ‘provola’ cheese
- 100 g Whole milk
- 2 Egg yolks
- Fresh thyme twigs
Microwave the BonRoll according to the temperature and time indications on the pack, then melt the ‘provola’ cheese with milk in a casserole dish over a low flame.
Add the egg yolks, one at a time, and make sure they don’t cook.
Slice the BonRoll when ready. Serve the slices on a plate after covering with the fondue. Garnish with fresh thyme.
