For a lunch in the office with colleagues or a romantic candlelight dinner, the BonRoll recipe with puff pastry is sure to be a hit and make your meal an unforgettable moment. It is a recipe that features one of AIA's most popular products, enhanced by the crispness of puff pastry. The puff pastry BonRoll is a quick and easy idea to make little ones happy, too. Here's how to prepare it.
Place the BonRoll on an aluminum sheet and wrap, closing it as if it were a large candy, then put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°. Meanwhile, prepare the garlic and mustard sauce, crushing the first ingredient and mixing it with mustard. Take the BonRoll out of the oven and let it cool down. Once it reaches room temperature, place it on the open roll of puff pastry and sprinkle it with sauce. Then add salt and pepper, and wrap.
Cut the excess pastry dough and close the edges well, leaving the BonRoll intact inside. Decorate as you wish with the leftover pastry dough, maybe by creating strips, and brush the surface with the yolk mixed with water. Take advantage of the pre-heated oven to finish cooking this delicacy at 160° for 30 minutes.
Once the time has elapsed, let it cool and serve the BonRoll in puff pastry accompanied by delicious sweet and sour vegetables.
