Here's how to prepare it. 

Place the BonRoll on an aluminum sheet and wrap, closing it as if it were a large candy, then put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°. Meanwhile, prepare the garlic and mustard sauce, crushing the first ingredient and mixing it with mustard. Take the BonRoll out of the oven and let it cool down. Once it reaches room temperature, place it on the open roll of puff pastry and sprinkle it with sauce. Then add salt and pepper, and wrap.
