Ingredients
- 1 BonRoll Classic
- 2 Treviso chicory
- Balsamic vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 scallion
Bake the BonRoll with olive oil according to the temperature and time indications on the pack.
Clean and rinse the chicory, chop finely and sauté in a frying pan with olive oil and chopped scallion.
When finished, add balsamic vinegar, and allow the vinegar to evaporate.
Serve the BonRoll, whole or sliced, on a bed of chicory.
