- 1 BonRoll with Spinach AIA, meatloaf with spinach
- 300 g Fresh spinach
- 100 g Taleggio cheese
- 20 g Pine seeds
- 20 g Raisins
- Extra virgin olive oil
Oven cook the BonRoll meatloaf with olive oil according to the temperature and time indications on the pack.
In the meantime, clean and rinse the fresh spinach leaves and remove the stalks. Dress as for a bun with taleggio cheese slices, pine seeds heated in a non-stick pan until crisp, and raisins.
Add some olive oil and oven cook this preparation at 200°C for 2 minutes. Serve the BonRoll meatloaf with the spinach filling.
