- 1 BonRoll Classic
- 300g di Gorgonzola dolce cheese
- 150g Cooking cream
Oven cook the BonRoll with olive oil and onion according to the temperature and time indications on the pack.
In the meantime, in cooking cream melt the gorgonzola cheese cut into small pieces.
Heat in a small pan, but do not boil.
When the BonRoll is ready, slice it and dress it with the Gorgonzola cheese sauce and, lastly, with fresh very finely chopped chicory.
