Ingredients
- 1 pack of AIA Chicken Fillet Nuggets
- 500 g spinach leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp. of vinegar
- 2 tbsp. of lemon
- 150 ml olive oil
- 2 slices of bread
- 100 g parmigiano reggiano
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Heat the Pollo Party Snack chicken in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°.
Cut the bread into cubes, removing the crust, and toast the cubes with oil and garlic in a non-stick pot. Place the lemon juice, vinegar, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and freshly ground pepper in the mixer and blend, gradually adding oil until you obtain a mayonnaise-like sauce.
Wash the spinach leaves, place them on a dish and add the toasted cubes of bread and chicken pieces on top.
Garnish with the sauce and slivers of parmigiano.
