CHICKEN CUTLET WITH MUSHROOMS AND PACHINO TOMATOES

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of AIA Chicken Cutlets
  • Pachino tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • Button mushrooms (fresh)
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the oven to 200°C and cook the chicken cutlets for 10 minutes without adding oil. In the meantime, wash the mushrooms and tomatoes carefully.

Cut the mushrooms into very thin slices and the tomatoes into rounds.

Season the mushrooms and tomatoes with oil, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. If you like, add a few slivers of grana cheese for an extra-tasty touch.

Remove the cutlets from the oven and serve hot with the tomato salad and fresh mushrooms.
