Ingredients
- 1 pack of Oven cooked chicken breast Aequilibrium AIA, roast chicken’s breast
- Brown toasting bread
- 1 tomato
- Salad
- Natural yoghurt
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
Sauce: to the yoghurt in a dish add olive oil, a spoonful of lemon juice and a pinch of pepper. Mix the ingredients and add, if necessary, a pinch of salt.
With a knife, cut away the dark crusts from 2 slices of brown toasting bread. Toast the bread.
Dress the bread with the Aequilibrium roast chicken’s breast, sliced tomato, leaves of salad and a spoonful of yoghurt sauce.
Close the toast and cut to form 2 triangles.
