CORDON BLEU WITH HAM AND CHEESE
A tasty Cordon Bleu with grilled courgettes, tomato salad and mustard sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 packs of Cordon Bleu Classico
- 5 courgettes
- 2 tomatoes
- A few heads of fresh green salad or valerian
- Mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- A handful of fresh parsley
Cook the “Cordonbleu” as indicated on the pack.
Wash the vegetables carefully, slice the courgettes lengthwise and grill. Cut the tomatoes in half and heat them on the grill.
After the vegetables are grilled, place them on a dish with the “Cordonbleu”, adding a few leaves of green salad and valerian. Season all the vegetables with a citronette made from extra-virgin olive oil, lemon, salt and fresh parsley.
Garnish with a tsp. of mustard.
As a variant, try replacing the courgettes with aubergines, red Treviso radicchio, peppers or other vegetables of your choice.
