CORN TORTILLAS WITH KEB'S
Kebab with grilled vegetables and mayonnaise, used in tortillas, is an excellent way to deal with sudden attacks of peckishness!

Ingredients
- 1 pack of AIA Keb's Chicken Kebab
- 4 large corn tortillas
- 1 auberginet
- A few leaves of lettuce
- Mayonnaise
- Mixed herbs (chives, basil, chervil, wild fennel)
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
Slice the aubergine, grill it and lightly season it with olive oil and salt.
Mix two tbsp. of mayonnaise with 1 tbsp. of chopped mixed herbs and freshly ground pepper.
Heat the tortillas in a pan with a little oil, and in a second pan, heat the Keb's with the grilled vegetables for 6 minutes.
Spread the tortillas with the herb mayonnaise and fill them with the vegetables, the kebab and the lettuce.
