- 2 packs of Turkey and pork sliced Salami AIA
- 100 g fresh cheese (robiola or similar)
- 20 g fresh aromatic herbs
- Dried tomato peel (garnish)
To prepare Crispy Turkey Salami and Fresh Goat’s Milk Cheese Mousse mix the cheese with fresh chopped herbs and a little salt.
Lay slices of Turkey and pork sliced Salami AIA on sheets of greased paper in such a manner that they form a basket shape.
Cook the slices of salami in a microwave oven until the slices are dry and crispy. Dress the salami slices with the cheese cream which you have already prepared.
Serve your Crispy Turkey Salami and Fresh Goat’s Milk Cheese Mousse in a table dish.
