- 600 g of AIA ultra-thin turkey rump
- 1 glass of white wine
- A few sage leaves
- 8 tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- Extra virgin olive oil
- A few bay leaves
- 1 onion
Turkey stew is a simple dish to make for a warming, hearty main course that's packed full of flavour. Serve with a big salad or a side of scrumptious roast potatoes.

Cook the tomatoes for 1 minute in a saucepan full of boiling water. Then, peel, remove the seeds and dice the pulp. Now, cut the AIA ultra-thin turkey rump into lots of small chunks. Chop the onion and lightly fry in a non-stick pan with a drop of extra virgin olive oil.
Add the turkey and brown in the pan for about 10 minutes. Add the chopped garlic, sage and bay leaves. Pour in the glass of white wine and simmer until reduced, then add the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and leave to cook with the lid on for around 40 minutes. Your turkey stew is now ready to be served!
