So, here’s the tasty recipe for escalope with citrus fruits and dill, basmati rice, mint-flavoured peas, pineapple and mint-aromatized water! Combine the lemon and orange juice. In a non-stick pan, heat a little oil and add the AIA Sottilissime. When golden brown, sprinkle with the citrus fruit juice. Season with salt and some freshly ground pepper. Grate the orange and lemon peel, toss it in the pan for a few seconds and then serve the chicken with its sauce and some dill.
Gently fry the finely chopped shallot in extra virgin olive oil. Add the peas and season with salt and pepper. When cooked, add the mint leaves. Boil the basmati rice in plenty of boiling salted water. Cut up the pineapple. Finally prepare the aromatized water by adding some tiny leaves of fresh mint.
