GRAN BONROLL WITH RED WINE SAUCE

Ingredients
- 1 BonRoll Classic
- 1 Bottle of robust red wine
- 1 Spoonful of sugar
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bunch of thyme
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Carrot
- Celery
Brown the BonRoll in a casserole dish with olive oil and all the diced vegetables. When this operation is completed add 2 glasses of red wine and allow to evaporate.
Cover with lid and cook for about 20 minutes. When the Bon Roll meatloaf has been cooked, remove from the casserole dish. Add the remaining wine to the sauce with a spoonful of sugar and allow to evaporate until a right consistency has been obtained for the sauce. Pass through a strainer and serve the Bon Roll with the sauce obtained with the red wine and vegetables.
