KEB'S WITH PROVENÇAL-STYLE BAKED VEGETABLES
Turkey kebab accompanied with lots of colourful basil-flavoured vegetables.

Ingredients
- 300 g AIA KEB’S 100% turkey kebab (deep frozen)
- 2 courgettes
- 1 aubergine
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cooked corn on the cob
- 100 g grated Emmentaler
- 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 1 clove of garlic
- Thyme, oregano, salt to taste
Cut the courgettes, peppers and aubergine into large cubes and blanch separately in salted water for two minutes. Drain and place in an oven dish.
Cut the onions and tomatoes into thin slices and the corn on the cob into rounds and add to the rest of the vegetables.
Season with salt, pepper and extra-virgin olive oil. Mix the breadcrumbs with the Emmentaler, the herbs and the chopped garlic. Sprinkle the vegetables with the mix.
Bake in the oven at 180° for 10-15 minutes, cover with the kebab and place back in the oven for another few minutes.
