- 300 g AIA Sottilissime finely cut slices of pork loin
- 200 g tomato passata
- Salt
- Pepper
- EVO olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- oregano
There are times when it takes no more than a few ingredients to serve up a flavour-packed dish to please everyone. Today, we are presenting a quick and easy recipe for meat in a pizzaiola sauce. Pour a drizzle of EVO oil in a non-stick pan together with the garlic clove and fry until it becomes golden brown. After a few minutes add the tomato passata, a drop of water and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook the sauce over a low heat for about 10/15 minutes and then add the AIA Sottilissime loin of pork slices. Take care to cover the meat entirely with the tomato sauce. Flavour with oregano. Put the lid on the pan and cook for a few minutes, taking care to turn the meat slices from time to time. When the dish is ready, serve immediately and enjoy.
