Ingredients
- 1 pack of AIA Rabbit Fillets
- 1/2 lemon
- 250 g carrots
- 100 g natural yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Brown the AIA Rabbit Fillets in oil. Add salt and pepper, then add the juice of half a lemon mixed with the same amount of water.
Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and continue to cook over a moderate heat for about 40 minutes: if necessary, add a little hot water. Add the carrots, cut into thin rounds, add salt if necessary and then add the yogurt.
Mix and continue cooking for about another 15 minutes.
