Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Leg Quarters
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Courgettes
- 1 Aubergine
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 Spring onions
- A few cloves of garlic
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Parsley
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Season the chicken legs with salt and pepper, pour over a little oil and place in an oven dish.
Unite the garlic, rosemary and white wine. Cook in the oven at 180° for 35 minutes.
In the meantime, slice and grill the vegetables. Place them on a tray, season with oil, salt and parsley chopped finely with 1 clove of garlic.
Serve the chicken legs along with the vegetables.
