ROAST CHICKEN LEGS WITH GRILLED VEGETABLES

Serve the roast chicken legs with grilled vegetables, it makes a delicious dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Leg Quarters
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Courgettes
  • 1 Aubergine
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 2 Spring onions
  • A few cloves of garlic
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Season the chicken legs with salt and pepper, pour over a little oil and place in an oven dish.

Unite the garlic, rosemary and white wine. Cook in the oven at 180° for 35 minutes.

In the meantime, slice and grill the vegetables. Place them on a tray, season with oil, salt and parsley chopped finely with 1 clove of garlic.

Serve the chicken legs along with the vegetables.
