Ingredients
- 400 g AIA Keb’s 100% chicken kebab
- 250 g green beans
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g yogurt
- 2 heads of Belgian endive
- A few leaves of mint
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Clean the green beans, cook in boiling salted water and cut up into pieces.
Chop the mint and mix it with the yogurt, then add two tbsp. of oil, salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the green beans with the cherry tomatoes cut into quarters and the endive.
Season with a little oil and salt.
Add the kebab and season with the yogurt sauce.
