SLICED TURKEY BREAST WITH TUNA SAUCE
As well as rabbit, turkey meat may also be presented in a tuna sauce. This recipe has to be tasted to be believed.

- 2 packs of AIA Sliced Turkey Breast
- 200 g Tuna in oil
- 2 Anchovy fillets in oil
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Handful of capers
- 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Brown the slices of turkey in a pan with the oil and the clove of garlic. Add a drop of water and then add the tuna, well drained. Cook for 10 minutes, remove the meat and add the mayonnaise, capers in vinegar and anchovies in oil to the tuna.
Add some extra-virgin olive oil, then blend the ingredients together into a sauce to serve along with the turkey slices.
