- 400 g AIA Turkey Breast pieces
- 200 g Peas
- 200 g Baby carrots
- 1 Shallot
- Fresh marjoram
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 30 g Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Stew the shallot in the extra-virgin olive oil in a casserole along with a few sprigs of fresh marjoram. Add the baby carrots, cut lengthwise diagonally, then the peas, plus a little hot water if necessary to aid cooking.
In a separate pan, cook the turkey breast pieces with extra-virgin olive oil and a knob of butter. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes, add the peas and carrots and continue cooking for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
