TURKEY MARROWBONE WITH LEMON

  • 400 g AIA Turkey Marrowbone
  • 1 And a half lemons
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Glass of white wine
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Sprinkle the turkey with flour and brown in a pan with the extra-virgin olive oil. Add the white wine and allow it to evaporate

Add the juice of the one and a half lemons and cook for about 15 minutes. If necessary, add water during cooking. Season with salt and pepper and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve.
