TURKEY MARROWBONE WITH LEMON

- 400 g AIA Turkey Marrowbone
- 1 And a half lemons
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Glass of white wine
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Sprinkle the turkey with flour and brown in a pan with the extra-virgin olive oil. Add the white wine and allow it to evaporate.
Add the juice of the one and a half lemons and cook for about 15 minutes. If necessary, add water during cooking. Season with salt and pepper and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve.
