Oven-roasted ribs are ever so easy to make. Start with the marinade: finely chop the garlic clove and a sprig of rosemary and mix together in a bowl with salt and pepper. Place the ribs in a non-stick oven dish and dress with this herb and spice mixture. Pour over the white wine and a drop of olive oil. Put the oven dish in the fridge for about two hours to allow the meat to marinade (be sure to turn the ribs over from time to time so that they absorb all the flavour).
Then roast the ribs in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 60 minutes, turning them over every so often, spooning over the beef stock. Your oven-roasted ribs are ready to eat: enjoy!
