- 400 g AIA Minced Turkey
- 150 g of Bread without the crust
- Milk as required
- 50 g Grated parmigiano cheese
- 1 Whole egg
- 1 Glass of white wine
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Soften the bread in the milk and add it to the mince, together with the grated cheese, basil, salt, pepper and egg.
Form smallish meatballs about the size of a walnut. Brown the meatballs with oil in a non-stick pan. Add the white wine, leave to evaporate, then add water or stock. Cook for about 5 minutes.
