Ingredients
- 200 g AIA Minced Turkey
- 1 Whole AIA egg
- 1 Egg white
- 50 g Salted peanut meal
- 50 g Soy sauce
- 1.5 dl Chicken stock
- 50 g Starch
- Fresh ginger

Mix the minced turkey with the whole egg, sugar, salt and cardamom. Form little cubes and balls and leave them in the fridge for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, add the soy sauce and fresh ginger to the boiling stock and thicken with the starch so as to obtain a slightly dense, glossy sauce. Place the round meatballs prepared earlier in a pan with the sauce and cook over a low heat.
Dip the cubes of minced turkey in the egg white, beaten with a little starch and salt, then roll them in the peanut meal and fry them in the oil. When they are ready, place the stewed meatballs on a plate with a tbsp. of the sauce, and place the fried cubes beside them. Serve with chopsticks.
