Here's the quick and easy recipe!
First, cut the slices of AIA ultra-thin turkey rump in half, and then dredge in flour. Clean and then wash the mushrooms, slice and set aside. In a non-stick frying pan, heat 25 g of butter and a drop of extra virgin olive oil. Add the AIA ultra-thin turkey rump slices, a pinch of salt and pepper, and brown for a few minutes. Once the slices are browned evenly, set these aside on a plate and get to work on the mushrooms: in the same pan, heat the remaining butter and sauté with the garlic clove, a finely chopped sprig of rosemary and the mushrooms for a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Return the meat slices to the pan, and then serve. Enjoy!
